Sammy I shall be keeping it up, all that hard work is not going to waste!

Actually when should I head out again Rich..obviously need a bit of rest but maybe Friday??

When you feel like it is the answer to that one - I cant quite remember but I think my first 2 steady runs were the Wednesday and the Friday..and then did the 5K race on the Saturday. By that point you can feel a little heaviness but most of the recovery has taken place.

Becky seemed to be itching to go out this morning but thankfully packing for New York got in the way!:D:D

Just been catching up on the weekend updates and a HUGE well done to all who too part in the FLM - Becky that was some time!!!

I had my own (v small) personal best yesterday of running for 2 miles without stopping! So I'm building up slowly but surely. I've also managed to persuade a friend to come running outside with me so we have a 3 mile route planned tomorrow evening for starters :p

Were going to run the GNR 09. We have found our charity, its this one..

My father died of muscular-dystrophy in 1981, he had the duchenne version. A muscle wasting disease.

£300 is needed as the minimum sponsorship, but this wont be an issue.
