Anyway, you should all be in bed by now.

Only tonight, tomorrow and Friday to get your sleep in - the night before is irrelevant!

So stop posting and get sleeping.:p:p

Wow, what a super coach you are Rich - not one single post after you told the elite team to get themselves off to sleep.

Good job I wasn't reading this at work because it made me laugh out loud. :rotfl::rotfl:

    2 Days 23 Hours 57 Minutes 33 Seconds

Thats pretty much it now - most of the 35,000 runners should have done the training, most of the carbo loading, got everything needed for Sunday together and all that is left now is to........relax!:D:D

There's no need for any real effort now until around the 20 mile mark on Sunday, so take it easy for the next couple of days and enjoy the feeling of being full of energy!:D:D:D

The race doesn't start until 20 miles, so they'll just be getting nicely warmed up at that stage.;)

Yep, a 20 mile run followed by a 10k race!!

Its funny how that 10K is longer than the 20 miles that goes before....they must redefine how long a mile is at that point!:p

  • i havent even reached 20 mile in my training yet and i havent raced at 10km either so im in no shape to do a marathon just yet!!!

Thats why i like working in Kms it sound much better to have run 10km rather than 6miles !!LOL Or is that just me!!
