Blimey its warm out tonight - but another 3 miles chipped off and the grandstand seating is being built in Horse Guards Parade so that was nice too see

Well its been cold here this afternoon so theres still hope you might get a little better marathon weather by Sunday.

I gave my legs a two day rest from running, to give them a chance to recover. I guess the reason for the slow progress is my weight. Yesterday I went for a three mile walk carrying my shopping through the park and today I have done 2 hours on the stepper. Tomorrow I plan to do another run.
