    It died for 48 hours and then, once it had slept off its hangover, it sprung back to life!!:D:D

    Can you ask them if we can make it a permanent feature to keep you out of trouble?;)


    But yes, that will be fun on Sunday. Do we have everyone's numbers? It will be good to be in Docklands and be able to check when each person is due through......technology, don't you love it!!!:D:D

  • The link looks brill whats everybodies numbers so we can keep an eye on you all and look out for you on the telly. I will miss the start but will be home from my training session intime for the finish.

    Off for another short run this afternoon, must be agony for all you that are tappering?
    This is the first week iv gone 4 days on the bounce, but the legs feel good for it.

    JJ - Get up early and get your training out of the way on Sunday! You need to see how the race develops, not just the finish!:D:D

    Well done on the 4 consecutive days, that is quite some milestone in terms of how the body is responding.

    Just been out for lunchtime run a nice 3 miles, but even hotter than yesterday - lovely cold shower though :)

  • I bet its to check on whos been walking and not running !!!!!

    Brrr cold showers are not fun, even when iv trained hard i want a nice warm shower. Ill only have a cold shower as a last resort.
