Just to report on this week's running btw - did a 9.5 on Monday, immediately followed by an additional 4. Did a 4.2 today - hoping for something longer at the weekend. If I do something good, it might inspire me to stick my name down for abingdon...0

I took two brisk walks. The first was 5 and a third miles long. Sorry didn't time it. The second was 2 miles long and took half an hour. I've got a big blister on my fourth toe. It doesn't hurt but I don't want to eventually rub the skin off. Anybody have any ideas on how I should treat it.
Well done Webitha on your run and well done Mellika on your walk.0 -
