Just to report on this week's running btw - did a 9.5 on Monday, immediately followed by an additional 4. Did a 4.2 today - hoping for something longer at the weekend. If I do something good, it might inspire me to stick my name down for abingdon...

Hard week, not ran since my aborted run on Monday. Did do 15 miles today, legs like lead at end but happy with that. 112 pages? Its gone nuts on here!

Switch to 40 posts per page - 56 pages is much more manageable :D
  • Oooh, lot's going on again I see!!

Chick - glad to see that you are feeling better :T

Webitha - congrats on the 5k that's a good result.

Poor - I agree with Becky - Abingdon!!

Idio - Abingdon, go on you know you want to :rotfl:

I've been for a gentle 4 miles tonight and could feel yesterdays inclines in my legs, especially running over the railway bridge (ouch). Went round in 41 mins, pace 10.16

I took two brisk walks. The first was 5 and a third miles long. Sorry didn't time it. The second was 2 miles long and took half an hour. I've got a big blister on my fourth toe. It doesn't hurt but I don't want to eventually rub the skin off. Anybody have any ideas on how I should treat it.
Well done Webitha on your run and well done Mellika on your walk.
