    3. I'm glad Becky convinced me that morning running is a good move - even this week with 82.5 miles I only ran 2 evenings - so winter evenings on the sofa are par for the course.:D :D

Have to say I LOVE summer early morning running. I remember back to July/Aug getting up at 5am and it being light and warm and it was LUSH....sorry slight retro word coming out there. Bring it on...and I def think I will do the Bristol half again this year if anyone wants to join me ?

    Evening All :D

Just got back from Suffolk :D

Had a perfect run today - but only did 10.5 miles, but managed to get my friend and her boyf round 5.25 - the furthest either of them have ever run :D:D

Soooo happy for them, sadly it took 1:15 to do that so I ran out of time to squeeze a third lap in - but I am super chuffed for them and I didnt need to push really this week - did 42.5 miles anyway without really trying and may tag on a nice slow one tomorrow as well :D

Well done Rich on the 20 miler, Hypno on 20K, Uk on shifty running - wow you can move!!!

Hope you feel better soon Sally! What date is Bristol half??

Well done on your runs and hope you're back out soon Sally. I'm sooooooo jealous, hubby is running well and as he's getting on in years (36:D) I think that now is the time that he slows down and I should be at my peak, so I'm gonna overtake him soon....I will, I will!

I'll probably do it :D - I'm from Bristol so my parents live there and it seems far enough away from Venice not too affect it, but a good training run to build in - if anyone fancies it that would be cool :D

Oy Eva, I'm 38, so no talk about old age please! I am finding all this hard enough as it is :rotfl:

becky - my 20k was in Suffolk - you could have come along and done a few extra miles with me
