    I built a snowman....

    So depending on the conditions of the pavements, depends how long my run lasts this evening..

  • Ha, ha I certainly have wasted, oops I mean spent, a lot of time reading the thread. I've learnt loads too -like mars bars and custard are the best foods for training. :j

    I'm still not sure that I fully understand how intervals work but I'm sure that help will be available when I reach that stage (if I ask nicely) :D

    Local youth's just removed snowmans head, and destroyed it..

    Daughter will be upset in the morning..

    They are...its just typical the snow and ice goes and I get sick...pah will try and run tomorrow anyway. Think ive got a 10mile down for tomorow, must check!
