Evening All!
Ooo where's the woozy with endorphins smilie??
Can I report 7:32, 7:30 and 7:45 please
(I should have a crisis of confidence before every interval session)
*Becky goes off to read rest of thread and stop being selfish*0 -
Fantastic effort, Becky!:T :T
Nothing more than your distance work deserves, but its great when it comes together, isn't it?
7-30 for this type of session would put you around the 1-45 mark for a half marathon.......so suddenly your crisis of confidence looks redundant!:p
Is this a sign that Becky is starting to get to like intervals....just a little bit????:DGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Tues10/2 10K 54:47 (8:50/mile) (Pulse 86)

Considering that the last 3 days have been done at an equivalent of 108 miles/week and nothing has fallen off (yet!!!:p ) I have got to be quite pleased with the mileage capacity.
It seemed like quite a luxury to have a full 24 hours between runs.:D
Feeling a wee bit endorphiny right now...best get some food and drink I think!:DGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Sally, sorry you are feeling so unwell **passes over hot toddy and soothers** and I really hope you feel much better soon x
becky - yes I jolly well hope to beat that previous best! I have certainly put in more miles than I did back then! Well done on the intervals!
Rich, more miles......well done you!

Ukevas - 4 days.........:rotfl: You are doing really well - I would be happy to do 3 miles in that sort of time! Go you!
Anyone else I have forgotten - hellooooo!
It is snowing again here - glad I am having a rest evening and hopefully I can get out tomorrow evening.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Rich - wow again - you're not actually planning on a 100+ week are you??

Maybe is the answer! I am planning to touch 100 miles, but it will only take one lost session to scupper it and it doesn't really matter in the overall equation, so possibly!
And yes, Sally get better quickly - the roads and pavements are calling you!!:DGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Evening all; lots of running going on I see!!
Sorry to see you're feeling under the weather too Sally, I'm just recovering from the same thing and have had a couple of rest days.
I was feeling much better when I got home from work tonight so decided to go for a slow, easy run and see how I felt. Once I got started I felt fine and plodded round 7.48k in 50 mins 51. I'm hoping to make 4 miles (ish) my minimum week day run now and start pushing for longer distances at the weekend.
So, my plan is to walk tomorrow and then try for 5+ miles on Saturday. Oh, and I made another discovery this evening - I quite like running when it's getting dark as no-one can see how red my face goes when I'm running. :rotfl: :rotfl:2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910
