Do we know when instore 90% off is ?
I seen either 21st or 28th on this thread but don't know which ?

Also any decent stone anywhere in NI ??
Ballymena Tower Store, Ballymena Fairhill & Magherafelt have nothing left

Great to see that I have a fellow booster around my next of the woods. Did all the above shops on the 14th. I continually check both stores in Cookstown but nothing in these either.

It might be a good idea for all the NI peeps to scout their local stores the day before th 90% sale so we could plan which stores would be worthwhile visiting?

  • This is off topic but hopefully will cheer up some of those who missed out on the 75% sale but live near a Lush shop.

Can you def not re-purchase returned .com items as I have returned items to store before and always assumed that they just re-sell?

Definitely not - it's .com stock not store stock. They're ran semi independently (a bit like John Lewis v John Lewis Online)

I got an email from customer service about my complaint.
Anyway the bloke says in the email:

There is no guaranteed date when this will be active again (the sale), however it will not be until this error has been corrected. As soon as this has been done, the sale will be re-advertised again in advance before it is made active.

So that probably means a gazillion people simultaneously descending on the Boots website the minute it starts again then!

Thanks for posting this info. It will be interesting to see what really happens when it does go live again.

There has been much written about the unfairness of the system, and the greed, cancelled orders etc.

But will the people who managed to get their one order through, or even their 2 or 3 or 4 orders through and delivered, stand back and let the ones who never even got to first base get a bite at the cherry this time?? Some will but not all.

Yes I like many others would have been delighted to get one order through, but I have a feeling that things will be pretty much the same next time around. Cynical Me, Yes I am.

brook-son I ordered some stuff in the 50% sale which came in 2 parcels. The first arrived on the right day, but the 2nd was described as 'carry over' like yours. It arrived the next day so I assume it wasn't loaded onto the delivery van early enough and they kept it until the next day. Hopefully yours will arrive tomorrow.

makes you wonder if they have took the sale off because they need to get the stock removed from there shops like many other shops that have gone under so they can make some extra money and they are holding back till they can get rid of the stock from there shops

I don't like No7 foundations either. I have tried nearly all of them and I've had to throw quite a few away as they didn't agree with my skin. They are too heavy and make my skin look dull. The only No7 one I like is intelligent colour. I think it's called that. There was a mini version of it in a GWP a while ago. I think it was in the chinese wrap? I've been using this lately:10456_2faa9d941e15a12d8d4f672cf674bfe0.jpg?1223558716I found it on a clearance shelf and it is really good. It is meant for young skin and I know I'm not exactly a spring chicken:rotfl: , but I love it!

Has anyone tried max factor miracle touch foundation? I bought some a few weeks ago to get the glitter GWP (SA wouldn't let me have GWP with a nail polish:rolleyes: ) I also got a concealer pen free worth £6.99 WYB any foundation. The offer doesn't appear to be on dotcom though:confused:
I bought the Nivea one for my DD as i think she is too young for foundation,(she kept asking for it:rolleyes:) I'll have to pinch it and try some. I was intending on trying Loreal True Match Mineral make up next.
Finally, I can see you crystal clear
  • Good evening to all - just caught up with lots of pages and would like to ask a quick question please.

Can anyone please post a link to any of the trevor sorbie mini sets that were at one stage on dot.com?

    Many thanks
    Aggie

Bit like columbo.... just one more thing - has anyone or their dd tried the Amie skincare range? If so opinions/reviews appreciated please. It would be for dd, 13 and has excellent skin. Thank you
