Managed to get a Elle Take Me On A Journey Vanity Case, No7 Artist's Comp Collection , FCUK Grooming Urban Premium Gift Set & St Tropez Ultimate Golden Body collection in the sale before it went pair shaped today. It froze at checkout, saying generic error, but the order still appeared in my order history.

Thanks to those who spotted the sale was back on :T

Sorry again - I've just gone onto Hotdeals, which is actually called HotUKDeals to try and find the exact time that Boots post was listed, re the compensation - and it's gone!

Can anyone else find it, or d'you think this is someone trying to be funny?

Hi I have a No 7 Protect & Perfect Vanity Case bought in 50% sale. Been away on Hols. Can I return to store and get price I paid for it. I have the receipt or will I have to resort to E Bay??

Sandra - I did wonder earlier if it was someone messing around. sometimes you get these idiots who find it amusing to wind people up - could be what's happened. I can't see Boots giving the hundreds/thousands? of people that got orders cancelled £25 each, they are never that generous!!!

Don't worry though - it was nice to imagine that they might give it!!! x

Just wondering if I am allowed to offer some parenting club vouchers, just read about someone getting told off for offering or going to offer duplicate purchases, I won't be using the vouchers and seems a shame to waste them, there's double points (I've already got one so don't need another) free bag, and money off nappies etc.:huh:

Also have they stopped giving out the little book of treats ?

No, I paid 75% off. It was just one of those mad things you do when you see everyone pick anything and everything up and you do the same, and then get home and think !!!!!!! I'll take it back tomorrow, hopefully she will take them back, if not, I'll just go to the manager as she is really nice and won't say no (hopefully).

You know Sandra I think that board is pruned quite heavily, This am I checked to see if the sale had been anounced on there , quite early , and it had , I was half way through reading the comments and it vanished.

Miss Marple here - I've found it! It's just that it moves fast like this site. It was posted by michellerfc, just before 8 pm and it's on "new" tab.

BTW, I just can't believe the way this year's sale has gone ! What an absolute mess. Surely if they have all this stock they want to get rid of, and all these customers who want to buy it, they should try again at putting the sale items on the website.
