I didn't think to ask him about the 90% sale but looks like that won't be happening ....

When i had items in my basket earlier i had points in my basket. Now i have no points at all and two orders being processed?

The site is back up and guess what the sale has vanished.

Spoke to them at 9.15 this morning when I could not get it to take my money and they said it had frozen and there was nothing they could do, and they could not take my order over the phone as there screens had frozen as well. I did ask them to log my phone call but I doubt it will get me anywhere.
Have given up now, its a shame that the system is just not good enough though on the plus side, it has been entertaining over the last week to see what was in my basket as the computer randomly added anything I had ever ordered in whatever numbers if felt like. I Ah well glad to see some people beat the computer and the system and got something just hope it arrives as ordered and that the computer has not changed it, on a whim. Perhaps it has a sense of humour

I placed an order earlier forgot to double check basket & I'm getting 4 of something that I don't even want, paid by paypal (as it kept crashing with credit card) and don't fancy returning through .com as there returns are suppose to be very poor so I think I might chance them on Ebay, would offer them here but I've aleady got told off and don't want to get my log in suspended

This has happened to me too. No points showing and who knows whether it will turn up. I have an order number and message, 'we have received your order', but no confirmation email. My 50% sale order did not have confirmation email until the day I received order so not too worried on that front. If the goods arrive will chase the points later, things may have calmed down by then also!! OR NOT!

BTW, I just can't believe the way this year's sale has gone ! What an absolute mess. Surely if they have all this stock they want to get rid of, and all these customers who want to buy it, they should try again at putting the sale items on the website.
