This time last year Boots completely screwed up my order - shan't bore you with details. I was told they had only had a couple of the items I wanted and I should have ordered earlier (which would have been physically impossible). A week later an Ebay seller had 12 of them for sale, so I contacted Boots CS, who could not have been less interested.

Im browsing ebay at the minute and the amount of St Tropez, soap & Glory and No 7 sets on there is unbelievable. I agree that there should be a limit as to how many sets one person can buy in the sale
Finally, I can see you crystal clear

Does anyone have an update on the metro centre please, im going there tomorrow.

nothing what so ever left in north east that i have found , if anyone knows otherwise please let me know;)
  • Nothing wrong at all with feeling bitter Scarlett.1974 - especially if you're one of our clan who really really wanted a Something, that was in the dot com 75% sale, had her order messed up, and couldn't get to the shops to get one.

Obviously the biggest mark-up for selling for these people is the highest priced and most popular item. I am now feeling evil, especially after I saw the white vanity case on ebay for £30!!!

And peeps have obviously broken up the Mediterranean set that went for £2.50, and are selling the contents individually, for a higher mark up.

No, Boots is supposed to be a retailer, not a wholesaler. We shall fight them in the aisles ....... we shall fight them in the lifts ........ well, I don't know about fight, but I shall certainly give them my Pursed Lips look!! Then run!
  • nothing in my local boots only wrapping paper and mugs with a dog inside it!!

Not sure if there was more than one brunette set but in the square box set I got, the Trevor Sorbie one (shampoo, cond, glosser, sachet and fixer spray) the glosser is not supposed to be washed out. It is applied like a serum, so on soaking wet hair and then left in. Alternatively you can apply a small amount to tame hair when dry if you prefer.

I've got this and I've just checked the label. It quite clearly says "leave on for 3 minutes and then rinse." With regard your hair being all ticky tacky - maybe you used too much? I've been using this stuff for over a year and have never had any problems - quite the reverse, the condition of my hair has improved. In saying this, for softness of hair rather than glossiness, the John Frieda one is better in my opinion.

I have a square brunette box with 5 items in, but its not Trevor Sorbie, its a John Frieda one.

I have a Trevor Sorbie make-up bag with 4 items in, and I saw a picture someone posted on the last thread of a Trevor Sorbie small rectangular box with 3 items in. Could your square brunette box be John Frieda instead of Trevor Sorbie JellyBaby?
