Pet hair vacuum from Bissel only £50 (save £100)

Can anyone tell me what sort of filter this vacuum cleaner has and are they expensive to replace. Have searched on line but cannot find anybody selling the filters for this model. I would like to purchase the vacuum cleaner as everyone is giving it such good reviews but only if i know that i can get the replacement filters. I have emailed Bissell but they have not replied. Any help would be much appreciated.

It's a great deal, but mixed reviews on it's performance on hard floors are leaving me confused!

I thought it would be better than our Dyson as it has seven different height settings & our Dyson has none, but...

Give them a call! I ordered mine on the 15th, had seen that others said they were out of stock with orders expected to take 2 weeks - so 2 weeks later I called to ask about status of order and was told it had been out for delivery, a card left (!) and because we hadn't contacted them it went back to the warehouse. :rolleyes:

We didn't get a card, have had trouble with couriers before "leaving cards" (complained twice last year, tsk..) and was surprised there was no contact saying "it's been dispatched, here's a tracking number" or anything.

Am now awaiting re-delivery but snow has no doubt delayed that too :rolleyes:

I've tried this and some dysons and wasn't really convinced by any of them for picking up dog hair on my carpets.

So I've yielded to the inevitable and started installing wooden flooring!

I bought this hoover on the offer and have found it really good, the pick up is something else, it also did a really good job of the sofa that was full of cat hair. Yes it is a bit noisy and not lightweight but the overall result make up for that. I have never used a dyson though.

My other half even recommended this to his sister, as I really bought it for him

I didn't get any confirmation and emailing Bissell is a waste of time. I ended up with two because they said they couldn't trace the order. I received each before money was taken from my bank but luckily had a friend who wanted one.

Try phoning, seem to have people answering phones but drones - automated pointless and irrelevant, seem to have been let loose electronically.

I got a confirmation straight after placing the order with an order reference number.

They didn't send one when it had been dispatched though.
