Many thanks to the OP, have just ordered one to replace our aging Dyson DC07, at a quarter of the price of a Dyson, even if it only lasts 18 months, I'm not really any worse off.

Phoned Bissell after ordering one 4 days ago, they have no idea when it will be sent as they have none in stock and a large amount of orders.

Going to have to have a plan B for a while or leave the house a tip for a month?? :rolleyes:

Got mine today - ordered 7th Feb - and it is an unbelievable price.

I have a Sebo that cost £260 and has a reputation of being one of the best machines on the market.

Well the amount of dog hair and dust I got up with the Bex was remarkable. The Sebo will now be 'based' permanantly upstairs.

My only reservation is that the 'scrubbing' effect, when in 'dog hair' mode, might take its toll on the pile of some carpets.

I was just wondering if those of you who ordered the hoover did you get a confirmation email?

I ordered one for my mum on the 30th of Jan but i don't recall getting a confirmation email & no money has been taken & still got no hoover

Don't understand how someone who places their order after you gets their hoover first

Yes you should have had a confirmation email when you placed your order, I would ring them to find out what has happened to yours, as i think the offer finishes tomorrow.
I ordered mine on the 29th Jan delivered 5th Feb.

It makes no sense how they are sending out orders. i ordered one on 24th jan and was delivered on 9th Feb. I ordered a second for my brother on 26th and was told yesterday another 10 working days.

We got the Pet Hair Bissell last month, I am a little concerned that it does too good a job in lifting pet hairs, it is certainly lifting a lot of carpet fibres too, the high speed brushes pull the unit across the carpet far too strongly on all brush height settings and either the carpet will end up bald or the brush drive belt is going to burn out, I think the early euphoria is going to end badly.

My husband just called & they said there had been a problem processing his card so the order didn't go through...... you would think that they would call you to tell you & try to sort out the problem instead of letting us think its coming.
Hubby asked if he could then reorder the hoover now on the phone but the man said no that the offer had been discontinued
My husband said its still online & doesn't finish until tomorrow but the bloke refused to take an order :rolleyes:
So i just ordered one online just now & did get a confirmation order this time so its a case of waiting & seeing if it turns up or not.

Ordered mine on 3rd Feb. Came yesterday. Absolutely brilliant........can't stop cleaning. Well pleased.....knocks spots off old vacuum!!:j :j :j
