Hey crazy_girl, I'm reeling in shock at what the consultant said to you. I'm trying to convince myself she was using some form of physcology on you. Hubby is not mad at you - he's scared/angry/frightened of the situation. Men get louder the more out of control they feel!!
You're not an idiot, how you feel is real, very real and there are quite a few of us, out here, who are really concerned about you.
I know you don't want to be admitted but sometimes it shoots you up that waiting list - if things are so bad please pick up the phone - call out-of-hours, 999, the Samaritans.

crazy_girl, please hang in there. i'm sorry for what the consultant said, i sometimes wonder how some people ever actually got medical qualifications! I was told i probably wouldn't get seen by the psychiatrist as they "only take on serious cases" but i got taken taken on anyway. I know its crappy having to wait so long for treatment, think it was 4 months before i got any cbt. But when you do get it, it will hopefully help. I don't think you're hubby is mad, like jennihen said, he's probably just more scared etc. He's a bloke, men struggle with feelings as much as we don't, they just don't tend to felt and and being angry seems easier.
If you end up taking anything you're going to need to go to hospital, so if you really don't want to go into hospital you have to try your hardest to not take anything, i know its not easy but you've done really well so far by not doing anything. Is anyone around who could stay with you for a while? If not you can call out of hours or samartains like jennihen suggested.

Jennihen has pretty much said it for me, and she's more articulate than I am.
We're rooting for you, mate - just reach into cyberspace and grab some of the strength that's here for you. (((HUG)))If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
CG I wish I could help you, I don't really know what to say but just want you to know you are not alone. Sending you big hugs.
Hope everyone else is ok. I'm so fed up today, had a seizure in the street yesterday which is bad enough and they always leave me feeling down but while I was out of it someone stole my purse from my bag.Sealed Pot Challenge Member NO. 853 :j0 -

That's terrible!
I don't understand how anyone can do that normally but to take advantage in a situation like that is just despicable!2019 Wins

Just want to say that if I don't answer personally to anyone's post, it's nothing personal.
Sometimes I just don't know what to say so sometimes virtual hugs are all I can give.2019 Wins
