My head has been hurting too much to post, but I just had to say ... fantastic! It is good to see humour come out of bad situations.
Hope everyone is well. Not really sleeping so will try to catch up on posts tonight. (want to put a nice smilie here but can't find a suitable one - warm and snuggly?)Gone ... or have I?0 -
Hello all!!
How are you feeling today C-girl? better I hope. x
Sorry to hear LadyM and DMG24 aren't so brilliant either - Hugs, symps and good from vibes from me to you.
My artificial high is coming to an end - dose reducing so I can feel the aches already and its only 5.00pm. Still I did two jobs today - one cleaning (beats the gym anytime) and one vol-support. Both these ladies are lovely and it was good to catch up after 3 weeks off.
Now the fun starts - ex-hub is here to visit the kids for the weekend. Only happens twice a year so grin and bear it. He's harder work than the the 3 of them put together!!!!
Have a good weekend! Do what you've gotta do and if that involves getting down and personnal with a duvet - do it!!!!One life.0 -

im a little better today, i was working all morning and some of the afternoon at the stakeholders day which was very hard but i had another lad from the charity (where i work/ volunteer/ get helped by) there so i wasnt alone, i was the only person who had to stand up twice! i did a drama activity and then a longer, 10 min speech about dyslexia and dyspraxia.
i had a really nice moment though when a woman came up to me to ask for some advice for her dyspraxic son, it felt nice to be able to help people from my own experiences. i was also asked to go into a school in februray to do some drama activities with some kids who are isolated and shy which i think will be a really good experience.
afterwards we got treated to dinner and then soem of us from the charity went to the pub next door. its really nice to hang out with people who you dont have to watch what you say around and you dont have to plaster on a happy face when you dont feel like it. we can also have a laugh at our own illnesses without worrying about offending each other.
im still reeling from the BPD almost-diagnosis, i really dunno what to feel about it at all. i saw scary face but as a full man when i walked my pup, not nice. i KNOW its not real but it feels real if that makes sense, i have to keep convincing myself that it isnt real, it isnt real.........0 -
hi everyone i just wanted to say sorry if i said or seemed to say anything funny (not haha) last posts only i was in a bad way hearing and seeing lets say odd things due to my illness. I'm okay. Extremely tired but also restless! I hate it.
Seeing my CPN on Monday, which is a relief to be honest. Still feeling shaken up after the car accident and just generally eurgh.
I hate taking meds (I've only ever been on ADs but they seem to not have an effect on me. Not sure if that's because I have a personality disorder though. Who knows?lol) but I feel like maybe trying meds again because I'm so desperate.
The chocolate did help thank you.2019 Wins

I agree.

I hope you are feeling better, I wish I was. I think I'm having a reaction to a recently introduced medication aching all over, my skin is hyper-sensitive and my legs are driving me to distraction - can't keep 'em still and feel like I have spiders crawling all over but that could be the arachnoiditis - it just hasn't been this bad in ages.
Sorry for the moanI hope everyone else has a good weekend.
Take care. Some people hear voices, some see invisible people. Others have no imagination whatsoever

AARRRRRRRRRGH - in cyberspace no one can hear you chopping up your ex-husband into little pieces!!!!
How irritating and insensitive can one person be? Only a few more days . . .
Look at the pluses - kids get to see him, he's taking them christmas shopping, they love him, its only twice a year . . . . he's going to sort DS's car if I don't shove the can of tyre-weld up his nose and press the nozzle!!!!One life.0
