i had a GOOD DAY today woo!
i went into town by myself, i know it well so i can follow a particular path and when ive got my car i can manage it coz no punlic transport with all the people looking at me and all squashed up with me.
i was very mse-ey, i got some freebies for my hen do on friday (bricking it but my friends are gonna look after me they promised) and there was a kids shop closing down so i got my mates son a bench t-shirt and some thomas jeans for £1.98
on the way home it was all ruined coz i was following one of them prisoner transport vans, i started getting all scared that if someone saw me today theyd think i was a fraud, then i got all panicky all the way home0 -
Crazy Girl, well done on getting into town and doing all that stuff.
I'm sorry that seeing the prison van made you feel so bad; and I know there's nothing I can say that'll stop that for you (I wish there was).
But focus your thoughts on what you achieved. Lots! More than I'd have managed, that's for sure!:o
I hope your hen do is fun; it's good that your friends are going to look after you.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
thanks lame wolf, its funny how much better it feels just to put things down on here, even better when people reply0

That's the whole idea.... sometimes just throwing the situation onto the forum and seeing what (helpful) replies you get can help put one's thoughts in order.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

yeah it helps not to keep it all inside and i think the anonimity helps too, its hard to say to peoples faces how you are feeling and all your crazy thoughts0

Just take it a step at a time DaneKatie. New meds can take a while to get used to, so be kind to yourself while they kick in.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
