Hi FG How are you? If I'm honest I am still feeling really depressed I have the home treatment team who visit me at my house, Is this what you mean? I hope you end up getting some help.

Crazy girl I hope your OK. Willa I'm glad your feeling more positive. MessedUp I feel the same but I suppose that the price to pay for keeping this thread open. Soolin thanks for putting up the Samaritans number.

CG I don't really feel safe struggled everyday since being discharged from hospital.

PALS is the Patient Advice and Liason Service. Every trust has one, and they help resolve issues. They are going to 'advocate' for me - help me communicate with my care co-ordinator and resolve the issues I'm having. Hopefully find me some help! They also know of local charities and groups that can help.

I'm not too great, struggling at the moment - just having so many assessments but nothing every happens. I'm hoping PALS involvement will finally get me some help.

I'm not able to take much medication as I'm breastfeeding, and it means my depression/anxiety is quite unmanageable.

I can see why wvw.

There are a few regulars in here who know what each other is going through, and when someone posts something like as has been posted, their friends rally round, but someone new, who doesn't know these posters can be alarmed by some of what has been said, especially when those who suffer with depression are at a low point anyway.

I personally think the samaritans are the people to call [yes, thanks soo for putting up the number] and this thread should remain for help and support on a day to day basis, imo. [Not meant to upset anyone here ]

I am sorry for all of you who are having a difficult time of it right now and hope that the next few days will start to look brighter for you.
