Thanks Jazabelle, I'm feeling pretty rough today pain down my right side from the injection site right down my leg. In addition I'm very down, perhaps because the Citalopram is only half the dose I was taking of Prozac and also it is really dark outside which makes me feel extra gloomy. I have absolutely no motivation and have done very little since I got up.

I'm going to try reading in the hope I can escape into a good book .

Why was my last post deleted

I said things aren't great at home. To top it all it seem's I can't post anywhere on this forum without someone jumping in and calling me a liar. I am so fed up with it and it's really getting me down. I come on here for support which most of you give, thank you, but some people seem to take delight in having a go.

got kinda bollocked for the od and 'being in crisis over christmas' as he put it

I'd say: "Good to see you back" - but it's not really IYKWIM . I have been much the same, just wanting to hide away really - I suppose it's very MSE as I don't spend anything .

I just wish spring would arrive early for once :rolleyes:.
