my main problem is i cant blinking keep it to myself, i feel like it would be better for everyone if i just kept my big trap shut and kept it to myself but im a blabber mouth about EVERYTHING, this is no exception

crazy_girl, you shouldn't keep it to yourself. If you do that no one will know how much you're suffering. Telling people gives them the opportunity to help.

im glad youre all here i really am coz im freaking out already tbh and theres no way i can sleep atm even though the docs is at 9am. i cant take a diazepam either coz ill never get up in time if i do
