Do you pay any thing for petrol. Motability surely don't pay your petrol costs as well.
Up your clothes to at least £50/60
Can you answer the petrol question please.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Well I would put £50/60 for clothes on the BR Soa. I guess you still have to buy your son clothes.
Well surely if you have a motability car you use it. What's the use of having it if you don't drive it. I would put the£30 back in.

I make your total income £2014.24.
Definitely put your son's lunches, based on secondary school £3 per day
It's also worth putting an activity £5 per week for swimming.
Does motability include breakdown cover?
That's all I can think of for now.Incommunicado0 -

the reason i didnt put too much down for son is that he gets dla and uses that for his needs. motability does already include the breakdown cover. besides those changes what does eneryone think the surplus money would put me in which box DMP, IVA or BR0 -
I am confused as to what your surplus actually is:o .
Just because your son gets DLA does not detract from the fact he is still a dependant of yours. Put it this way if my daughter was on JSA i would still put things down for her(and as much as poss;) )as JSA does not go far so i would still be suplying the basics,if you get my drift:D

Sweetheart, it doesn't matter which 'box' the surplus puts you in.
You have overwhelming debts that are effecting your health and life, you are allowed to go BR.
The 'real' surplus is not the same as your surplus is on paper, as you have many different benefit elements that can't be taken into consideration in BR. The only surplus you need to worry about is the bit the OR could ask you to pay towards your creditors in the form of an IPA, for that he couldn't touch your housing benefit, CT benefit, child benefit, DLA, your sons benefits.
Please stop worrying about which 'box' you fit in, you can choose to do what you want to do, and I don't believe you want to be paying these debts back for years to come.Incommunicado0
