what type of things are people having cancelled from their orders? ive ordered a roary racing track, a st tropez set, a disney cars lorry thing and an ice dance barbie. I really,really hope they are sent out!!

there is sooooo much on ebay its wrong, i was not long ago looking at a seller tha had over 100 items listed and at least 3 of each item in each offer iykwim

They had about 10 of the UBS sticks left in the Oracle today, the SA said that she didn't even know that they sold them and the SEL said about £32.49 but it went through at £4.99. They are next to all of the other memory sticks upstairs!

I got an e-mail yesterday from boots to say my parcels have been despatched. One of them arrived today (a Diego bike for £17.13), my other parcel should arrive on Monday.

I was told by a superviser earlier that the sale will be back online but it won't be for at least 48 hours.
They wouldn't give me my order at the sale prices even though i put them in my basket at sale prices but it went through at full price. So i've had to cancel my order..... i'm gutted, it was only 4 toys but 4 toys that i really wanted for my kids.

after all my moaning i finally got my dispatch email!! just hope everythings in there now.....ooohhhh no i feel some moaning about to come! good luck to every1, i wudnt stress or worry unless u have received an email saying that your order is cancelled. GOODLUCK

I got to the 'verification of your credit card' page before the site crashed on Wednesday. Phoned CS because there was nothing showing in My Orders and was told it had gone through and would be delivered on 19th Jan. Later that afternoon, after reading everyone's posts, I phoned again and was told the order hadn't gone through as payment hadn't been authorised! Several hours later it appeared in My Orders as 'pending' with a delivery date for the 21st Jan, but with everything at full price :eek: My entire order is still in My Basket as well - also full price.

I haven't done anything about it in the hope the sale will miraculously appear and the prices will change and I can re-order anything that’s still available :rotfl:

But I’m beginning to worry now that they will deliver and I will be charged the full price. Should I phone CS again?
