Doesn't matter if you have plugged direct into the wall socket or not

Unless one side of a Microfilter is naff, If you have a Microfilter
unplug that and plug straight into wall socket..

ok.. will try that, well ive just rung zoom customer helpline (24/7) and a REAL person answerd and was very nice... says account isnt showin on their system yet, and try again tomorrow, and then gave me 2 other numbers to try for account details and techie.. wow ... im impressed so far... will try to dial out again tomorrow incase it takes time to activate..

i came out of their site when it said the next click will customise my dialler, presume this is correct intel?

    thanks

Well.. (now dont all start thinking omg here we go again :j ) ... i phoned zoom, and they issued password etc etc... came off phone, spoke to another friend, who said plug phone line into the microfilter as if it were a phone...

so i did, and woot woot... :j :j it worked... dont know if its because of pluggin it in as a phone, or whether zoom did something different to virgin plebs.. but it appears im up n running..... :T

woot woot.... woot woot... u guys have saved me a lot of money, time and hassle... cheers... the beers are on me... :D
