Same as me, although it was a bit of a palaver trying to arrange redelivery as I'm not in again today (work). Had to moan quite a bit before they agreed to redeliver on Mon. I'm certainly not going to enfield to collect tv - miles away!

Email reply regarding the question of how there is no date for stock yet the website is showing delivery in seven days:

"Thank you for your email.

We can confirm that the stock delivery dates that are give are only estimated and not guaranteed.

We hope the above is to your satisfaction."

Not sure why they think that would be to my satisfaction - how can they estimate seven days when they admit they have no idea when stock is coming in?

My good humour has just about evaporated - I've had no luck in obtaining an email address for the MD so I shall be penning a letter instead. I fully expect to get a one line reply from CS in return... ;(

I just noticed they are coming up as in stock on the website and so called CS. They said they're expecting a delivery this weekend but are unsure as to the exact quantities. Apparently they've got 380 reserved so far!

Do thinks it's slightly misleading though saying it's in stock when they're not even sure if they've got enough stock to cover the current orders.

Has anyone who purchased one of the TV's from Freemans and used Quidco ever had the cash back. I had never used Quidco before but registered before buying. My £60 has been showing tracked for a month now, but never confirmed.

Is this normal? or have others had the cashback?

Still saying delivery in seven days for me - unless you're talking about the one without freeview.

I have mine showing in my quidco account yes
Ordered on the 30th of Jan and I received the TV last week.£30 is showing as received in my quidco account (Ordered the 26in Samsung)
