As per an earlier thread, these same TV's are available at https://www.debenhams.com at the same prices as Freemans.
Use https://www.hotukdeals.com to get the voucher code for a 20% reduction. Also use https://www.quidco.com and register to receive a further 5% cashback. Hope this information helps. I've already used Freemans to buy my 26" Samsung, but had I known, would have used Debenhams, just because of their reputation.0 -
... but if you'd gone through Debenhams, wouldn't you have forfeited the Quidco 5% - Debenhams isn't with them is it?0

Yes, you're correct - sorry for misleading anyone! :T0

Electricals are excluded from the Debenhams offer. Read the terms.0 -
foxyloxy wrote:Depends on the version of your remote.
If there is no version information under the battery cover then assume its version 1.
version 1 code is 088
version 5/6 code is 646
another one i have seen on other forums to try is 067 but not sure what version remote this applies to.
Steve
Steve, The codes dont appear to work. In my Sky+ manual all the TV codes are 4 digit. My Sky+ remote control has "sky rev 4" on the inside of the battery cover.
Any other idea's??

Hi,
I ordered one the other day and am not having second thoughts. I have read time and time again in posts about the Samsung going pop and smoking after a few weeks and sometimes months (if it were just 0.3% as Samsung have said, we would not see so many reports) - are any of you guys concerned ? Have the new batches been sorted out ?
Call me 'Chicken Boy', but I am concerned, especially as I have a newborn who may be sleeping alone in the room should the telly decide to blow up one day.
Any experiences ????

1. Turn on the TV receiver
2. Press TV on the Sky Remote Control
3. Hold down SELECT and the RED buttons together for approximately two seconds, until the red LED on the Sky remote blinks twice.
4. Enter three digit code from list for the receiver (early versions now flash twice).
5. Press select to submit the code (the LED will flash twice if a valid code has been entered).
6. Now press the STDBY button and test other functionscloud_dog wrote:Steve, The codes dont appear to work. In my Sky+ manual all the TV codes are 4 digit. My Sky+ remote control has "sky rev 4" on the inside of the battery cover.
