does anybody know if this 20% off first buy discount from freemans expires soon? I am hoping to buy one at the end of the month when i next get paid.

I ordered the 26" on the 31st (cancelled) and then again on the 8th. After being told new stock will be in on 13th, then 14th and then 15th they are now saying they have no date for when the next stock comes in.

Its better than a Miss Marple this...

The deal is 25% and it is not on only fashion, I know because I rang customer services and they insisted it was for everything. Go to the hotdeals site and get the 25% code.

I was told the 25% was for fashions only. The Company magazine article starts by saying fashions only, but it is not in the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.

Customer services have told me the 25% does not apply. They are applying the 20% as a refund back to my credit card. I am though waiting for the TV to be delivered.

Are you talking about the 25% off code as published in the Company magazine? If so, it apparently stipulated fashion items in the magazine and others are saying Freemans also told them it only applies to fashion.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Why not buy it on credit card, you won't have to pay it until next month anyway. And if you don't have a credit card, you should have for making online purchases. I would never use a debit card online. If you get ripped off on a credit card you will always get your money back - try getting your money back from the bank, it's not so easy!

I have a feeling they will say the same to me then, I ordered the 32" Sony.

Ordered my 26" back in early feb: out all day today from 06:15 till 19:15 on arriving home found my 26" sammy on my front door step (I live on a very busy main 'A' Road)
Nothing else left - no papers - next door away- just dumped by the front door.
