Seems of the IDTV its 30 days for trhe 26" and 12 for the 32"
So which model is supplied ?? The newer version or the old one?Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.

Its not a newer model, its freeview or not freeview.
Not freeview in my case as I have Sky and want less things to go wrong!!0 -
Thank you for your recent order.
However, the code you have used is no longer valid, this has expired.
You may reorder the goods at the full price.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.0 -

I received the same email as this today!!!!
However, it was accepted when i ordered over the phone yesterday, just phoned and checked and my order is still being processed, so this is obviously a delayed response from the internet department.
Also, if the code is now invalid, you still get a 20% discount anyway, which is still a great deal0 -

My two pence worth, if you go in to the Help section you CANNOT return TV's just cos you don't want it. Its not included in the usual catalogue returns!!!!
I cant see that anywhere, this is copied from there site:
What items can I or can't I return?
Certain items are non-returnable unless they are faulty such as made-to-measure items, personalised items, earrings, sealed audio and video recordings, or computer software that have been opened by you, and items that due to their nature are likely to deteriorate, such as food.Kind Regards

here's what they say:
Returns Policy: please note that all TVs, DVD/VCR players/recorders and Home Entertainment & Home Cinema packages are excluded from our usual returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights with regards to unsatisfactory goods

This is cr*p. You have a statutory cooling off period under the distance selling regs irrespective of whether the product is faulty. Its something that we can thank the EU for !
Whats more it is the sellers responsibility to collect the goods from you, although they are entitled to charge you for the privilege.0 -
Looks as if there's a new 25% code out that is now working. Can I post it here ? As I'm new I want to make sure before I do !!0
