A bit confused how everyone got there order through via the Hotukdeals code because i have been told by 3 customer service reps it expired 3 weeks ago. Is there another 25% code for Freemans? Or Grattan?

I ordered the 26" online on Wednesday and had a confirmation email without a total price to pay (just a full stop). Have rung every day, but there is no trace of the order. I emailed the internet support peeps and had a reply that it wasn't on the system and to leave it 24hrs and try again! What sort of copmuter system do they use when they reocrd an order, it disappears into the ether and then reappears at a later date?

The last rep I spoke to advised me to reorder, which I did whilst on the phone. I quoted the 25% code, she put it through and it is showing as waiting to be confirmed. If the other one turns up I can simply have it collected. Expected delivery date for the 26" is 24th Feb.

Ref the 20 weeks payment terms. I believe it is 20 weks interest free (all catolouges do 20 weeks interest free, Dont they ?) however I must admit I never confimred this. If its any differnt I will let you know when I get the paperwork.
