i was at quidco website and then link to freemans.co.uk. added the TV but didnt actually complete the purchase as i need to create an account. anyway, i did purchase the TV over the fone. when i goto quidco and then link to freemans.co.uk, i still can see in my basket the TV.
so how do i submit an enquiry to quidco??? i had a look at their website but couldnt find it in the "earnings enquiries". unless i am not looking at the right place?0 -
You will only qualify for the Quidco cash if your transaction is completed fully online.
From the Quidco website:
"First of all, if you complete or modify part of your order over the phone Quidco will not be credited for the sale and thus we will not receive commission. We cannot support enquiries for these as the original tracking is irretrievably lost”

I was just told i couldn't have it cos it was my first order and too much - apparantly they don't do the 20% first order for card only.
So after reading some terms and explaining quite politely that they only state the order must be at least £40 I now have a TV on the way.
Total price on Card 719.99
Quidco will still give 5% even though it was completed over the telephone so thats to come too.
I've been told it will be with me on the 2nd...
Hope this helps anyone who trys to get fobbed off with excuses.
Can you point me to the URL for their T's&C's as its not obvious on the website. Have just ordered one and the confirmation e-mail states full price even though the 25% code was accepted.
I feel I may needthe T's&C's for a phone call.

But theres no harm in trying... In my experience catalogue companys are notoriously stupid. They just say yes yes yes without checking. If quidco emailed them a batch of enquiries and one was for a valid order do you think they would argue? The tracking was not lost, it registered.0 -

There isn't for the 25% code - however it doesn't show on the email, they add it the following day.
I was hesitant to use the 25% code because I didn't receive it in an email etc etc. So i settled for the 20% new user discount, only paid an extra 40 quid. The terms for the 20% are in the faq0 -

I'm definately tempted to get the 26 Samsung for the bedroom but do we get any guarantee with it? If it goes faulty do I get any on site checking service?
How long is the guarantee?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Has anyone actually had a tv delivered at one of these prices yet?
And whats the definitive way to get the discount ?
I've been confused by all the previous posts about codes and telephone calls0 -
