I've ordered as a new customer so got 20% off.
My email says its been processed at 899?
Rung them up, told to call tomorrow because the order isn't actually processed until the following day. They said the discount should come off then?

Does anybody know if the 20% new customer code applies to all products? Couldn't find any terms on their site

So i'm also paying 675 but my code is definitely legit - 5% from quidco and 20% new customer. Good luck people - these tv's are great, the problems have been resolved (my mrs works as comet). No more being recalled etc.

glad it worked for someone!!!! We tried this several weeks ago and tried to order it over the phone however freemans wouldnt take the discount when we attempted to pay the full amount, and we was told that as we wanted to buy such an expensive item as a first time order the sale could not go through!!!!!!
So good luck to those who are trying. However it should be noted that Grattan are also selling the Samsung tv for 899, so our MIL kindly bought it for us with a nice discount code found on ukhotdeals!!!

Yup, can confirm the order process and email confirmation doesnt show the discount however I rang them and she said the discount code was shown on her system and I would be receiving 25% off.
