Nice One!!!
I love making my own HM soup. Now you've done it once you will be forever making it and trying to tweak it.
It is a bonus that your family loved it too which will be a bonus for those slim months when money is tight

Spent a fortune today. Poor cat scratched his eye and had to go to the vets and then they needed more food. Came to just over £100. I don't know what people do on benefits as there is no Blue Cross around here. It was a lovely mild day so I took my little girl to the park. In-laws kindly treated us to a lovely meal out which was nice.0
