I don't believe in loyalty cards, I like to shop around. Tend to save more money that way I find.0

i shopped at tesco every week for the past 6 years and stopped 5 months ago and will probably not be going back for a while due to price increases, lack of offers etc on the things i buy. i got a thing through the door the other day with £5 off a £50 spend.0

got to say in my opinion tescos has been getting worse over a period of time, i used to work for them, and have to say since i left the store i used to work in has gotten worse on each visit i make, having said that if i had to shop anywhere different than i do now, i would go there ahead of asda`s and sainsbury`s, DaveTake every day as it comes!!0

Yes, also nice to see they take their tax bill abroad too!

Shame the original article is not only old, but a lie. Originally reported in the Guardian.

I am not sure0 -
even if that was the case it certainly wouldnt be the first, certainly would be last and certainly wouldnt be the only company doing it !
the fact is tesco is a well run company, it didnt get to where it is by luck0 -
In my personal opinion the only reason that Sainsbury has seen a profit is because Waitrose and Marks and Spencer shoppers have started to shop there. Considering both of these companies have announced bad profits.
If Tesco started advertising their "Finest" range more then I would say that the Waitrose/M&S shoppers would go there and it would be more evenly split.0 -

The Guardian got the amount wrong, not the fact that Tesco avoids tax.
