You must have iside info as this isn't "launched" on their website!

Your colleagues have already spammed us with this - though they say it is "from £19.99".

I have finally received a MAC code from Ezeedsl! :j Can anyone tell me how many characters there should be in it and whether it should contain letters and numbers or both? I never had a MAC before so I know nothing about it. Is there any way I can check that I am definitely free to join another broadband provider?

My first broadband connection was with E7even, then Ezeedsl. I have been on dial up for 3 months and I obviously haven't a clue who to go to next, any suggestions? Please help me with this one as I definitely made the wrong choice when I chose E7even!! :o

i would recommend zazizam - they have a range of packages that can suit your needs

with respect to the MAC - should begin somethig like BBIP then a few numbers and letters as you say, for example; BBIP1234567/WT96X

one thing to remember when migrating, is that you do not need any new equipment when taking up a new service

The MAC sounds as though it is correct because the one I got was BBIP12345678/AB12C. :j

Utility Warehouse have just launched a £19.99 broadband package including line rental, and free calls. Up to 8Mbps, no minimum contract and no connection fee. Can anyone beat this?

Almost correct, UW's £19.99 package (If you have LLU - otherwise £27.99) is for 8 Mbps broadband, and Line Rental. You still have to pay for your phone calls, they are only free if you take 2 additional services from them such as their expensive Gas, Electric or Mobiles and not many are going to do that.

With UW, you have to look at the bigger picture not just what they want you to look at.
IF THIS POST HAS BEEN HELPFUL - PLEASE CLICK ON THANKS :j
  • if you haven't already, call telewest and then tell them you have checked out the competition and armed with some figures from this site, call them, and tell them you are going to change providers, I have done this twice in the last year and am currenlyt getting £10 a month discount of my unlimited broadband package

If I got the £19.99 per month option that comes with a USB modem, would I be able to buy a wireless router myself and use this instead?

I am currently on dial up after my problems with e7even and ezeedsl but I got my MAC earlier this week and I want to get broadband again. After reading Martins article and other threads I am unsure whether I should take madasfishs offer of "MAX Broadband comes with 5GB a month of usage included" which averages £13.99 a month for a year or Tiscalis offer of "Downloadable up to 2Mbps and Unlimited monthly usage with its fair usage policy" averaging £14.99 a month for a year.

Which should I go for? Can anyone please advise me as ezeedsl have sent me an email today looking for money for next months subscription even though they have not got money from me since July and I haven't used their services since July?
