:jIn this morning's post, I finally received my claim form, requested on Nov 11th, for fixed account closing Nov 24th.
There'll be dancing in the streets round here tonight, that's for sure.
Hope other posters with similar concerns are equally in receipt.:j

No form here either.0

Good luck, hope you get your forms soon
Got mine about 4 weeks after initiating the request on 27th November and returned it just before Christmas. Suspect it will be end of January before the cheque arrives."How could I have been so mistaken as to trust the experts" - John F Kennedy 19620 -

Because I'd complained so much and because they'd discovered that for whatever reason my form had never been posted, they told me to return it to the address below:
Chief Executive’s office
Financial Services Compensation Scheme
7th Floor
Lloyds Chambers
1 Portsoken Street

We'll see if that helps! Not holding my breath...

Good. That's at least two of us ( but not the CEO bit).
I might write to him/her about documents not being returned.0 -
Its Ms Loretta Minghella. Good luck!0

Kittie, assuming that the FSCS doesn't mess up again this week, we should be getting the forms towards the end of the week - they've probably got at least three or four thousand to generate and send out so I'm expecting them to be sent wed/thu to arrive fri/sat. We'll see.
Just to confirm, we still haven't got our forms yet. OP got his form separately after complaining so you've not been missed out again (not yet any way!). HTH.0
