guess souffle is out the question then! lol

you could bake the eggs along with some garlic mushrooms (asuming you have garlic or garlic granuals)

or eggy bread with the mushrooms to fill to make a sandwich type thing or do egg sarnies with potato wedges.

Shred some potatoes into chipstick shapes and chop your mushrooms, slice your cheese and put in a frying pan, whisk up some eggs and put into the mixture and once cooked you just slice out a nice thick piece of cheesy, mushroomy, potato frittata.

Wow thanks both of you, they both sound lovely! :T Have no garlic granules I'm afraid, so am going to go for the frittata dish, but have put garlic on my shopping list as I do like garlicky things. Thanks both of you! :T

Bit of soy sauce = Mushroom foo yung..nicer with noodles on the side though.
  • Assuming you have rice, sounds like a nice kedgeree to me, hard boil a couple of eggs, egg fry the rice, fry the mushrooms, pop them all in a big wok along with anything else that takes your fancy - different every time.

Well I made it it my wok, lol, as I have no other type of frying pan, so had to split it up a bit to get the top cooked, as it was very thick, lol, but absolutely lovely, thanks so much for that recipe, will definitely be making it again! :T

Thanks to everyone else for your ideas, have made notes for future reference!
