The link above seems to indicate that you can freeze them! Not something I have tried, but may be worth a go?0 -

Freezing eggs sounds weird doesnt it? I might try it on a couple though.
I hate waste and I'm so annoyed with myself for dropping them. It must have been such a comedy fall i was trying so hard to save them.:DJust because you are offended, doesn't mean you are right0 -
I wouldnt use any where the inside membrane has been broken,
considering where they have been,:D:eek::rotfl:make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Never frozen whole eggs, but whites freeze very well and yolks can be made into custard which also freezes well. But obviously this depends on how damaged the eggs are as to if you can separate them out.

Ooh custard! Theres an idea! I have some cream in the fridge too, though OH raided our strawberry patch on Sunday so I'm guessing theres probably not very much left lol.
How much cream do you need to make custard?
The eggs Ive saved are all still whole in the shell, just the shells are cracked and some have leaked the white a bit, the broken yolk ones went the journey.
Does anyone know how long they'd keep cracked but in the fridge?Just because you are offended, doesn't mean you are right0 -
We're all so OS we've all posted about the eggs and not you - I hope the fall didn't crack or break you in any way?!0

What do you do when a bit of shell falls in your egg when you crack it then? Bin it?! I think we all know that eggs come out of hens' bums thanks.
Of course you can use them if the membrane is broken. They were all intact when they were bought weren't they?0
