Wish I did - my son has started a bodybuilder's diet and is eating me out of house and home (lean chicken, almonds, fish, eggs and sweet potatoes seem to be main ingredients).
I tend to make omelettes if I have lots of eggs, as three per omelette using them pretty quickly. Or make some sponge cakes and freeze them.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -

I will try that thanks!! I'm normally ok eating them up to a couple of days out but anything more and I get nervous and end up binning them. Anything else like veg and fruit i'll eat but i just seem to have a thing about eggs being out of date...Sealed Pot Challenge Member #8810
