Eggs eggs and more eggs!

Pickle them and use with a salad later...yummm. Or serve them when you have friends round for a drink.
Easy. Hardboil them, stuff in a clean jar, and add strong vinegar. Ideally it should be white vinegar but I've never bought that because I think it's too expensive. It just keeps the whites perfectly white and has slightly less of a 'vinegary' flavour.0 -

Now we never used to eat many eggs, except for scrambled on toast as a weekend treat.
We've so far been either making cakes (not good for diet) or giving them away. But I feel we should really be utilising them.
So, what can we do with eggs? I'm rubbish at omlettes and would like to use them 'in' things rather than eating them poached/fried with everything. By that I mean use them as a main ingredient to save money (as they're free), but be a little more adventurous.
Plus we are trying to lose weight, so a yummy carbonara is out the question
I've looked in the index section but couldn't see many things.
Any ideas? So far I've got egg fried rice and toad in the hole.
Thanks! From and unadventurous cook......
My aunt makes lovely egg sandwiches with tomatoes rather than mayonnaise0 -

My apologies alfietinker - I missed your post months ago requesting the recipe for baked macaroni cheese - anyway, hope above link works. If not will type it out again.
What a pillock - must get new eyes! Already re-typed. (Hang head in shame)0 -
The milkmans started delivering eggs but has been giving us 18 a week so we're swamped. So does anyone have any ideas for recipes that use lots of eggs (aside from omlettes etc as I'm sick of them). Preferably cakes or breads. Thanks in advance.0

lightly beat, add a dash of milk and freeze in cake size portions. We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.
