    Yes, Yes,Yes, Yes, Yeeess!;) ;)

    (Note to BOB - large coloured font.......:D :D:D:D:D:D:D )

Hoorah Hoorah!

Dogit Bodgit and Scarper have accepted my bog off and leave me alone or I’ll take you to the cleaners and I’ll win” counter-offer….so now just got to tackle loss adjuster and insurance company   before rectification work can start with new builders.

    Hi everyone
    :hello: :hello: :hello:

Safely back fom my travels yesterday evening and launched immediately into a mountain of work .....but means I can now bill some extra money for last month (so up my justified claim for lost earnings to the insurers) :j

Parents safely back from kiwi land (Chev they had a wonderful time apart from the rain/storms that turned a drought area into flood plains :rotfl: :rotfl: )
They have been to see their solicitor today (the real one) who apparently said I was "impressive"  (i.e. " thank god someone was around to organise his team in his absence" - well I like to think it was that anyhow and not that I was the nagbag from hell....... :D ). Completion date still out to lunch but at least the rest of their stuff on Prescriptive Rights has now been sorted.......

Well what can I say about Manchester - lovely lovely to meet so many of the DFW stalwarts on here (Yoo hoo Beanie :hello: :hello: )and put faces to names .What a lovely bunch of peeps :A :A ..and for anybody worried about attending a meet - please don't be....everyone is really friendly and the chat is the same as being on the forum...only in person...

Next one Leeds in June, then Bristol in Sept (and maybe we might be able to squeeze in a chez wol housewarming in early August :D:D )

That's assuming of course that the 30mm of rain forecast to fall between 12 and 3 tonight doesn;t manage to break down the flood defences...

cue another sleepless night for Wol with wellies at the ready

Tomoz I will start my new weekly initiative (Lula please note :D ) ...requires some photo-techno-thingie which Wol is very bad at :o .....so may need to call in Numpty for assistance :A

Hugs duly delivered to said Numpty as requested girls. (Olive, Lula, Horace...;) )........think he liked those but wasn't so enamoured of the "Wol's special shoulder manipulation" afterwards at Smashed's house

And Piglet Hun...so glad to see you back and big hugs to you my dear.....how's Speedy...is she missing Iroko...is she up for a [strike]shag[/strike] gentle ear snuffling.....;)

Might be on later if the stream decides to keep me up for most of the night ...and assuming the power lines hold which is doubtful at present if the number of times the lights are flickering is anything to go by...where's the **dding weather warning - all they're talking about is 20cm of snow up in Scotland :confused:

Bye for now...off to batten down the hatches, put the car up on the road......and the piggies to higher ground :D ...
