...wow, you've been busy...cracking letter to insurance bods.....make the burgers sit up and take notice ;)

glad you and smashed had a good time, TT not my personal cup of tea, but hey, world'd be boring if we all liked the same stuff, right

Go for it and good luck with the ongoing claim..and if you get the chance, give 'em the legal equivalent of a skinhead moonstomp on their face*

    Hi Wol
well done on getting that letter in and the bundle sent off. I would have submitted it via special delivery, as the postie can't sign the form like they can for recorded.... but anyway I hope that it produces the right response from your insurers

Wol, that letter is fantastic! Well done you - you've made some brilliant points there about their expenses and their own staff too.

Goodness me...working so hard and also
    a) Have stinky cold
    b) saw nightmare "client from hell " today then
    c) got held up on motorway for additional 2 hours which means
    d) I am now drinking wine and
    e) next assessment (originally planned for tonight) will have to wait til tomorrow which means
    f) now 2 days work behind schedule which needs to be caught up before end of this weekend....ulp

BUT........I GOT RESPONSES (Polite ones  ) FROM BOTH CEO'S TO MY LETTER :T :T ....and they are now "investigating". Let's see what happens ;)

Unfortunately no response from the actual complaints team concerned or loss adjuster to date :confused:

OK off to feed piggies, drink wine and go to bed early again to shake of this lurgie......

Thanks to all who have posted...should be back on line with a vengeance last week of March

Keep up the chat please folks...it keeps me going.....:D
