I'd agree with the comment that offers have got worse in the last few days; some have even disappeared entirely

"Them deals have all gone now sir", I was just told about a disappeared tariff
  • Normski's a bit annoyed with himself. I like to get a 12 month free line rental offer from one of the 'Big Boys' CPW / OSPS etc.

I used a 'web form' with CPW to price match as I'd found a great offer (possibly with a cowboy).

Unfortunately when CPW came back to me today (a week after I contacted them) the 'best price on the web guaranteed' offer from CPW refers to the handset only. Very misleading and no guarantee at all on the basis that most phones are free anyway.

OSPS now no longer have any 12 month free line rental offers on anytime x-network minutes.

Any help from anyone would be great. The funny thing is the longer I go without a mobile (contract expired middle of last month) the easier it is.

    Regards

    Normski

Normski, see 250 minutes on O2 from Mobileshop on adjacent thread.

The disappeared deal I was on about was 1000 off-peak x-net on Orange. e2save don't have it any more, and OSPS have reduced a free month off it. It was interesting at £35.89 for a year, less Quidco £25, but not at £70 or £57

Well it was there! It has disappeared also!

It would help members if we were advised when post were deleted and the reason for it!

OSPS still have offers on Orange and o2 for off-peak?
    Siemens C72 and others - Orange 1000 x-net off-peak

If link doesn't work as they seem to have some strange format, go to Select a Network on Right hand side and click on Orange, Change Tariff to 1000 MINUTES OFFPEAK - 12 month contract.

Same approach for o2 Leisure - 12 months free

yes. I found the Siemens C72 a bit after I said that, and forgot to come back and edit - but it makes me wonder if even that was better last week, as they've shaved a month off the others. So with £20 referral cashback I might have to do it after all ...
