I'm sure I should start the vast majority of all my posts with this line but here goes.

I dont want to be rude but the answer to 2 of your questions took me approx 2 mins on google/wikipedia:

NHL season, regular season, runs from 1st week in Oct to Mid Apr then stanley cup playoffs from Mid Apr to start of June.

NBA season October 28, 2008 – April 15, 2009.

Really craving bagels and cream cheese now. Apparently there is an amazing bagel place in New York that my cousin told me about. Ill message her and try and find where it is. She goes there pretty much every week.

I really want to go back in Sept so going to start hunting soon and seeing whats there. My cousin lives in Brooklyn, quite far out too but I am prepared to sacrifice if it means I can be in NY!

I stayed with a friend this time - it was well worth it - made my trip soooo much cheaper - apart from the jogger getting attacked in the park round the corner fro his house the day I arrived (eeeeekkkk scary) it was lovely!

Brooklyn's not that far out if you've got a subway card Its good to see some of the not so touristy bits...let us know the name of that bagel shop too ... mmmmm bagels good!

Although apparently there's a place in soho called The Diner that does pancake stacks - I'm so there this weekend (endless coffee too )!

it's just around the corner from the affinia 50 which is where i'm staying this time for 5 nights, (and heading down to the cosmo for an extra night i decided to stay!!)

The problem is that my cousin shares a house with 11 people!!!:eek: I don't really fancy staying in Manhattan alone though to be honest and I don't think the OH will come as he can't afford it (nor can I)!

Ugh no pancakes please! I can't eat pancakes or anything mollusc at the moment.
I also need to sort out a work Visa if I do go in Sept and my plan works out, it looks a bit of a scary form to do though.
