When I read this thread I am getting even more excited each day! We are going over next year for 5 nights (June) and head down south to Florida for another 10 nights...

Everyone who goes before us: Enjoy, but leave us some bargains :T
  • looking for flights from bristol but would fly from other airports if it is much cheaper. want to travel the last week of october and return around the 2nd of november dates are flexible. the best price i have found is with continental-£438 return bristol to newark- newark to syaracuse return.

my final destination in the usa is syracuse, the price was based on flights to newark- newark to syracuse. if anyone can beat this i'd be happy:)

Nope, can't find anything cheaper... actually can't find that price, maybe not searching the exact right day that you've found that price on, there are 7 combinations for the last week of october..

However, there are cheaper flights from London Heathrow, with £402 being the cheapest, departing Thursday, coming back Monday 2nd.

£416 is the second cheapest, departing M/T/W, again coming back 2nd. These are both with United.

using fully flexible days from Bristol the best Kayak comes up with is £480, so if you can get that £438, snap that up..

    Hiya All,

Been reading this (and the last thread) for almost 2 weeks now! I'm looking to go to NYC for 5 days with my girlfriend next Feb (3rd - 8th).

Found a trip with Expedia for £1150 (flights & hotel) which looks good to me, my friend in work who's been (and loves the place!) reccommended the Roosevelt Hotel New York to me, and it seems good for the price to me, has anyone else got any opinions of this hotel here?

    Cheers

    Alidai
