Does anyone know what the average temp in New York is at the beginning of June, please, or maybe you can point me in the direction of a website i can look on. thank you

I went at the end of May last year and it was just perfect, it was about 70 degrees, lovely weather for walking around without it being too hot.

I'm getting depressed now....I want to go back.:D

    Hello

Does anyone have an experience or knowledge about the Westin hotel at Times Square?

I want to book a holiday with Virgin for December and i spotted this hotel. I would fly Premium economy, I'm not sure if this make a big difference but I'm tall and i need leg room.

    Any advice very much appreciated!

I have booked 8th April for a week, we are staying in the Embasssy Suites as I wanted to be out of the centre and this overlooks the Hudson. Haven't a clue what clothes to take!!!! Also we are flying cheapo with KLM/NWA and I don't think they do upgrades which i would have been willing to pay for. It will be my 50th birthday so I want a holiday to remember. Can't wait.......

check weather.com for new york.. it gives out 10 day forcasts, so you'll be able to see the weather for the week you're there when you're just about to start packing your suitcase..
  • New York is so addictive isn't it? I really miss it. I might start being naughty and looking for flights in Sept. The other half is not keen as can't afford it and nor can I really but sod it! Not very MSE but im so keen to get over again!

Wish I'd read this thread before I booked! We've booked a twin centre holiday for September, starting off with 10 days in Florida and then 4 days in New York. We're staying at the Ameritania Hotel in New York which I believe is in the Theatre District. Anyone experienced it?
