  • Had a busy today today and not long fired up the PC. Due to wanting to turn in much earlier this evening, I've not opened google docs and started a clone of Chart 04 as Chart 05.

I did however, add in a few updates to chart 04 that you posted.

I'll make sure I make time on Monday evening to post Chat 05 and make sure the first page current chart / next chart etc information is up to date.

    Evening!

Well, Chart 05 is hot off the press and available to view. It can be found here:
    https://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=0AnhcWfGMRVgddGtzMTdvS1VnNXUwakpPc3NjZzRHMVE&hl=en_GB&single=true&gid=32&output=html

although I've also updated the announcements (post 3) and links to other charts (post 5).

Special interest in this chart is Susiesue (126), who just needs £19 to drop back into the green (on track) zone.

Also, there seems to be a hard core of people already in the green zone - don't know if the colouring is helping you keep on track, but whatever is motivating you - keep it up.

    Enjoy,

  • Thrilled to see have managed to pay £16,303 off mortgage (still over £225K to go though), particularly as had to drop usual £450 overpayment back to £250. Hugely expensive year: savings totally cleared with legal expenses and furnishings for an overseas property we signed up to some 4.5 years previous, at time it was a good idea. Lowest ever exchange rate when converting money, plus extra legal expenses not budgeted for gave us second thoughts, but no ability to back out without huge loss. Anyway, on the positive side we are hoping it will bring in some extra income from renting it out. Eldest DD turned 18 and recently passed her driving test - car insurance quadrupled. Hoping to get finances back in shape by mid 2011 and increase my regular overpayment. Good luck to all for 2011
