Would be nice but not sure whether will be but will try my hardest.
  • No.6 updating - £1600 of overpayments this quarter and I'm now within £600 of my starting line again :o

Fortunately Christmas is coming, which is the time of year I make most of my money, and I'm in a better position stock-wise than I was 12 months ago, so fingers crossed for a good one and that I've got some decent profits to stick into the offset until I need them next summer to buy the 2011 Christmas stock!

    Have updated the spreadsheet :)

I don't have an offset mortgage, but I keep a record of our 'cash' assetts - savings and ISA's and we are only £34,700 in the red!

    Well Done to everyone
