The Mortgage Free in Three - Take 2 challenge (MFiT-T2)

OK. Opion seems to be to use up the free slots. This is massively easier than creating new users, so I'll go with that.
ElusiveLucy gets one of the free slots and mummyofonechild gets a second. I'll allocate / send further info this evening.
Two remaining to fill. I'll also add a note to the annoucements or post #1 this evening.
Thanks everyone else for expressing an opinion!

Mate. Can you sort the chart to show the people who have updated on both occasions at the top, to people that have never updated at the bottom? i do have a look at other peoples success and find the ones that have not bothered a bit of a nuiscance. Thanks.12/12/12 Lets party!:beer:0

FB / Maz,
Just to let you know the figures you have for us in the second chart are incorrect - I updated via the link you provided on the 25th May as our Op's were complete then up to the June deadline - we should be on £78,200.
Have we done something wrong, or should we PM you for future updates ?
Will also PM this to you.
ThanksRosieTiger - Highest £242,000 Feb 2004
Lightbulb Dec 2008 £146,000 by March 2026:eek:
MFi3T2 and T3 No 28 - Dec 2009 Start Balance £117,000
Current Position-Fully off set by savings since March 20130 -
I think it is brilliant how everybody has done. £1m is amazing.
Even if you have not reached your target any overpayment means less money spent on interest.
Congratulations to all and thanks FB/Maz for your hard work.0 -

RosieTiger,
Don't worry - the update to the second chart won't actually get published until 12th June - sometime when I get the time on Saturday.
At the point Chart 01 was published, I also published Chart 02, but just with the balances that had been passed on for Chart 01.
The idea behind an immediate publish of Chart + 1 after the current chart is that the 'shortfall' column can be used to work out how much you need to reduce your mortgage to stay in the green zone for the next chart.
From the updates that get logged, I can see you provided an update on 24/05/10 at 12.30.57 and gave the value of £79,800. I've got this in a "holding" chart which I'll use to update chart 02 sometime on Saturday.
I'll also publish Chart 03 and update the summary chart too.
Hope that makes sense?
Do you want me to take your £78,200 value instead?

Quick post to introduce ElusiveLucy (90) and mummyofonechild (138), added into two of the free slots.
Both have set a starting balance, objective and provided an update for chart 02.

Thanks for letting me join in. I have provided an update ready for the next chart due tomorrow? I started the year with an outstanding balance of approx £21000. Due to cashing in our endowment and overpaying a small amount each month my balance is now approx £8600. My projected mortgage free date is the summer of 2012 so this challenge fits in well with my personal goals. Well done to everyone for their fantastic achievements so far :TMortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
