    Yes, like buy 1 bank get 1 free kind of thing........ hmmmm, maybe not. There are a lot of sofas in Downing St though, so bound to be loads of change down them. May not do our credit rating much good if we repay bonds with lots of bags of coins though :eek:

    i think it's probably fair enough. although have others been turned down previously? if so they should be allocated on a first come first served basis (i.e. anyone who wanted to join earlier but had missed the deadline gets first dibs).
