Not happy, just had a letter putting my delivery day back a month (was meant to arrive tomorrow) called up to cancel order and account.

I was eagerly awaiting delivery of my wii fit today...Day off work so as not to miss....Letter arrived putting delivery back until April!!What a joke,customer service stinks!Just got back from town with my new Wii Fit,Gamestation have them in stock,bundled with accessory kit and rechargeable battery pack for £99.A bit more than i wanted to pay but at least i've got it and can start working on the xmas excess!

My husband went into Leicester today and bought a wii fit bundled with a silicone cover and battery pack for £89 from GAME.

My MW order has now been cancelled on the tracking page.
All they have to do now is tranfer the money back in to our account.

Mine still showing Order Accepted on site, delivery date should be tomorrow. The guy who phoned about the customer care call this week assured me it'd be here by Friday and said he'd phone again Friday evening - if it doesn't turn up he'll be being told how unhappy I am at this.

I don't know if this helps but just before i received mine it stated order received at depot.

I ordered on the 8/1 at just after 7pm & mine says EDD: 29/1/09

order suppose to be here today, have also had the £30 put bk into bank,

getting alittle late now so dont know if the order is going to turn up today.

No Wii Fit here either and my order status has read despatched for the last 2 days. No letters or phone calls either and I have been in all day. The money has been taken and the £30 credited though. Sigh.
