accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

I am confused now - got a letter saying delivery on 29th Jan but when I looged into my account it also says April! Any ideas??:mad:0

Mine also changed from today for April, I wouldn't mind but they had it in a few places so could have got it if I'd known, my son's birthday will now be ruined.If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

Mine is still saying despatched with an original and expected delivery date of today - we shall see (fingers crossed).

...and again, not meaning to sound like im kissing MW butt, BUT it was a chance we all took ordering one. You couldn't possibly order one of these and be 100% confident on the refund and the delivery date.0 -
I ordered 15/01/09 and mine says its to be delivered 12/03/2009.
Has always been that so at least it hasnt changed, i just checked to make sure it hasnt got back to April like some others have! Paid on my credit card, they havent taken the money yet tho?!!!!!!!Married Hubby 21/03/12...First Bubba due 13/01/13

I think they only take the payment once it has been despatched/or is ready for despatch. That's what has happened to me, the money was taken at the same time the order status changed to despatched.Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
